The Yehoshua is a trendy pickup bar in Jerusalem where you are more than likely to find your heart’s desire. If not, you’ll at least enjoy a fun evening out on the town in one of Jerusalem’s nicest bars. The place revolves around the large square bar located in the very center, which is the main draw. Around the dark bar you’ll find comfortable side tables more suited for small groups. The place is a favorite with people seeking a partner (for whatever length of relationship) or couples checking each other out on a first date.

The music is relatively mainstream, with a rather standard playlist usually playing in the background, but the atmosphere is animated and the food menu is also a very nice supplement to the bar. The prices, both of the drinks and the food, are fair enough and the service is very good and friendly.

The place can get crowded on weekends, so make sure you come early enough to catch a place by the bar.
