Located on the 12th floor of the Hilton Queen of Sheba Hotel, Yakimono is a kosher Japanese restaurant in Eilat that serves very good sushi and Japanese cuisine

Part of a well-established and renowned small Japanese chain that includes four restaurants, Yakimono is a very good Japanese restaurant in Eilat and the best place for sushi in the city. The atmosphere on the hotel’s 12th floor is very elegant and the views of the bay are quite breathtaking indeed.

The prices are not cheap and tend towards the higher perimeter in this category, but the fare is fresh and professionally prepared.You can choose between a wide selection of sushi and a more moderate selection of Japanese dishes, among them Agedeshi Tofu soup, Yaki Soba noodle soup and Maguro Pepper (seared tuna in a pepper sauce). The location and atmosphere will make you forget about the hot and at times hectic reality outside and let you enjoy a pleasant light meal perfectly suited to the local weather.
